Returns: If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order or an item is defective, I will gladly issue you a store credit upon return of our product.
In order to accept a return and issue a credit, you must notify me within 7 business days of delivery. If you choose to return the product, please note that you will only be issued a store credit and shipping/handling costs are not reimbursed.
Please retain all packing material and return your order in the original box along with the packaging. Upon notification of your request, you will be given a reference number for this transaction.
I am NOT responsible for orders shipped without insurance that are damaged. Please insure your order especially at the holiday season.
If you would like insurance please state that when you make your purchase and it will be added to your shipping cost.
